About Pandit Javdekar :
Established by the dynamic duo of Rahul Pandit and Shivkumar Javdekar in 2003, we are known for excellence and passion for perfection in every project we undertake. Involved mainly in residential building construction, we are an accomplished entity in prime localities of Pune. Having successfully completed 30 projects in Pune city, we are the recipient of the award for 'Quality Construction' by AESA Pune for the year 2010. Presently we have undertaken development to the tune of 4,75,000 sq. ft. at different locations in Pune.

A major part of our work has been in redevelopment and our forte is essentially high quality construction. The minutest detail of any project that we undertake has our complete attention, with design and innovation at the forefront. This has enabled us to carve a niche for ourselves in residential projects in prime areas.
